I would like to return/refund my order, what do I do?

Please send us an email at within 7 days of receiving your order.


Do the cushions come filled?

No, all our cushions are covers only, but we have some great companies who will custom make the inserts for you.


Where do I find the cushion inserts?

We recommend Inner Green or Purax Feather Holdings for custom sizes, or the Ever Rest Duck Feather Pillow to fit our 50 x 50 cushions.

My product is faulty, what do I do?

Due to the nature of the material, we do not consider printing irregularities a fault, these are part of the charm of the process. If you do believe that the product you received is faulty, please email us a photo of the fault for us to review. If the product is deemed faulty, we will be in touch to replace or refund the item.

I received my order, but one/some of the products are missing?

Please email us ASAP so we can rectify the situation
