Return Policies
You must request and return within 14 days of receiving your item/s.
Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached, unused and unwashed.
Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer.
Please email barbaraodonovandesigns@gmail.com before returning any items.
We recommend using registered or tracked post, as we cannot be liable for lost returns.
Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.
Original and return postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Usually no exchanges are offered - however, we are flexible and please just contact us to discuss how best we can assist you .

Excessive Returns
Repeated returns may be refused at our discretion.
Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped at the buyer’s expense. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express. Tracking details will be emailed once dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, peak periods, weather events or carrier disruptions.
