We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including where you decide the style, colour, print or design is not right for you.
SIZING & FIT

We do not offer refunds for incorrect size or fit.
If you find that you have selected the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange for another size where stock is available.
As The Passenger Coat is a limited-edition piece, we cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement size will be available.
If your preferred size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit to the value of the returned coat, which can be used towards another Barbara ODonovan Design product. Store credit is offered in place of a refund.
Items returned for a size exchange or store credit must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Please contact us before returning your coat.
All postage costs associated with a size exchange or return for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your coat is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order where possible, with a description of the issue and photographs showing the fault.
Please do not return the item before contacting us.
If a fault becomes apparent after this time, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If an item is faulty, has a major problem, is not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
PRINT & COLOUR VARIATIONS
The Passenger Coat is produced in a small, limited-edition run using exclusively printed textiles.
Minor variations in print placement, colour and finish may occur between individual garments and are part of the nature of small-run textile production. These variations are not considered faults.
Product photographs are taken in natural light without filters. Please be aware that colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
